Terms Of Service

Listed below are the terms of service for Warren Recycling LLC. Any dispute will be settled according to the terms outlined below.

General

1.) customers must ensure they are following general recycling guidelines such as but not limited to;

a. cardboard must be neatly folded/flattened.

b. bottles cans and jars should not be crushed, should be rinsed and should be recycled with the lids in place.

c. only common household recyclables will be accepted for pickup. no hoses, cords, scrap metal, electronics, paint or oil, hazardous materials, to-go containers or bulky items should be included with recycling pickup. these are specialty items and need to be recycled separately.


2.) no plastic bags such as trash bags or shopping bags should be recycled.


3.) customers must ensure their recycling is ready for pickup by 8am on their pickup day. recycling must be placed curbside near the end of driveway or in another easily visible and accessible location.


Bins

4.) customers must ensure they are using the provided bags, or that their recycling is in a blue or yellow bin, so it is not confused with other waste.

   

Missed Pickups

6.) if a pickup is not made because customer fails to follow the terms of service outlined in this document, no further attempts will be made by Warren Recycling LLC to make that pickup. customers future pickups will resume as scheduled. 


7.) if a pickup is not made due to circumstances that are out of the customers control, that pickup may be rescheduled. If rescheduling is not feasible to either party, then the customer will be provided with an additional bag to hold their recycling until their next pickup. 


refunds


8.) monthly subscription customers are not eligible for refunds. 


9.) yearly subscription customers must request a refund no later than one week after their purchase.
